Im ready to kick them out

A few months ago I agree for 2 friends to move in. One was leaving her bf and the other couldn't find an apartment.
The one is renting a full room. I moved the rabbits out for her to the living room now running room. She has 2 rabbits and I allowed them to come in just as long as they were near mine due to disease. She's been great. No issues between us.
Now other girl was suppose to be a quick leave. So she's not paying just the living room and the agreement was clean instead of paying rent (as I'm never home) and since she wanted an A.C. she had to pay the hydro.
This is all find and dandy. Again I'm rarely home to start with. I'm home now until Friday then gone. The one has been caring for the rabbits which is nice for me.
They both work days and I work afternoons so honestly I don't see them.
I come home to notes everywhere about do this or do that. I just ignored them. Seriously you moved into my place 
. But they are starting at each other. I'm just getting annoyed now.
I have no issues with either being here and frankly I'm paying rent to not be home lol.

I have no issues with either. It's the two of them arguing over things then they come to me. It little things but with my busy schedules it's getting annoying.

As long as they aren't being rude to you leave notes saying you need to clean etc then I'd just ignore their bickering notes to each other. Sounds like a pretty good arrangement for you all really if you can get along. Especially you with you hardly being there.

That's why I agreed. The one girl who's not paying rent has helped me in the past hence I said you can be here free. I just said since I'm not home if she could once a week do a big clean that's the rent basically. I'm never home as is. I'm gone 2 weeks in July then pretty much every weekend until September. Should be 2 to 3 weeks in the middle of that as well.
So before I was paying rent for the rabbits to live here lol.
