Can't get away with myLot.

I know the boyfriend will get mad at me for not listening to him about getting away from my laptop, but home medication sucks, I don't even like the taste of the medicine I'm always taking. Sweets help wash the bitter taste. It's Friday here, it's just an ordinary day for me. How I wish the boyfriend will take me out later for I want to have a fresh air. I've been in the house particularly inside my room almost every day. And I bet you know how it feels. I have also been watching ASMR eating, no talking on youtube. I like people how they eat their food and the bad side is, I get hungry every time. Anyway, have a good one friends.

You should get outside, fresh air will do you good and maybe help you feel better, the sun provides Vitamin D and your body could probably use some if you have been inside for a while. I hope you are feeling better

How I wish I have my own garden so that I can watch them grow. But nope, I don't have.

@JustBhem Do you have room for some pots? You could do like I do and have a potted garden. I grow tomatoes, herbs, and squash planted in various sized pots. I also have flowers in pots too. Not too many, but it's enough to make me happy and take care of the gardening urges. OH, I also have radishes, onions, and pumpkins along with spaghetti squash and zucchini squash nestled in various areas that have enough dirt for gardening. I smile every time I think of my "garden" because of the fact that the deer here come and try to snitch "nibbles" of the green sprouts of the various garden plants. I covered them with nylon net.

It is nice to get a little bit of fresh air. Being trapped at home is not good also but definitely rest.

Yes, I agree with you. Being here all day bores me a lot but whenever I feel bored, I sleep.

@JustBhem it is so sad if you cannot come here to interact, but it is sadder if you get more sickly with being on computer.

When I'm not here, I rest. I sleep after taking my medicine. I'm well rested. I don't Facebook much too. All I did is to think about how to recover fast.

I can relate to what you're going through. I have an anti seizure medication I have to take twice a day and I am to take it with a sip of water and let it dissolve in my mouth before I swallow it. That stuff tastes HORRIBLE!!!!! ICK! I'd rather not take it, but I'm afraid that I will have another seizure and end up in the hospital again. So I make darn sure I take it. I don't like going outside much because I can see the empty lot where my house used to be. It burned down October 2nd of last year. It still hurts terribly and every time I look down at where it used to sit I want to cry. I lost everything I owned and also my furry babies. That hurt even worse. I've been figuring out the loss so I can turn in the claim form to the power company that caused the fire and I am in awe at how much they have destroyed in my life and I'm not even half way through figuring what they destroyed. It's very depressing. I don't like leaving the house I am staying in right now for fear that a fire will happen again. I am staying at my boyfriend's home at his insistence. I love him dearly but it isn't quite like having my own place. Even when I finally get the loss settled with the company that caused the fire, I'll stay with my boyfriend. I will use the house that I rebuild on my lot as a studio. I design and make teddy bears so having a studio will be wonderful. Right now we are in the middle of having cherries being in season. I am eating cherries like they're never going to be available again. They are so great and tasty!!! I've eaten my way through a pound of them since Tuesday and hopefully when we go to town on Monday we will stop and pick up some more cherries to munch on. Well, I guess I should get ready for bed. I've picked up a summer cold and have a slight sore throat. I've also been coughing and blowing my nose like crazy...hopefully I'll be over it quickly so that I can relax and get back to working on the teddy bears and also planting the veggies and various squash seeds I picked up Tuesday. But right now it's off to bed. Good night and take care....and above all get some fresh air and enjoy some time outside. I did today when I fed the deer that stopped by and did their begging routine.

Thank you for sharing your story. I feel sorry for the loss of your home. Yes, it comforts us when we are in our own home. And good to hear too that you find comfort in your boyfriend's house. Those cherries I think are tasty. I haven't eaten cherries before. Good thing for you too because you have your own garden where you can be busy. We don't have a choice but to take our medicine for us to be well. I agree with you. They are awful. I take sweets after taking them to get away with the bitterness.

@BearArtistLady Yes, it's very awful. That is why I always have candies or chocolate or brown sugar whenever I will take my medicines.

@JustBhem It reminds me of a song from one of our American musicals (I can't remember which one) but it states "a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down in the most delightful way" . It is so right as if I had to take the anti seizure medicine without a piece of chocolate afterwards I would be more apt to NOT take the pill. The taste of the medicines is AWFUL!!!

I can’t blame you as being sick and confined at home can be really boring. A short walk outdoors can actually help you feel better, just don’t overdo it. Maybe the boyfriend just wants to make sure that you don’t get sicker hence he is trying to make you rest all the time. Anyway, I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Yes, I know that but sometimes the more I stay inside the more I feel sick. I don't go outside, I only have a walk inside the house. I'm losing weight and I can't balance the way I walk.

I'm doing good for now at least. Yes, it's been a long time I'm not that active but I'm trying. Yes, I am not allowed. I'm just sneaking around while the boyfriend is not here.

We don't have a balcony where I can sit all day. Well, I guess my room comforts me.
