Good morning way too early.

I slept from about ten last night to a little after one this morning. So not as long as I had wanted to. Then I fell back asleep till about ten minutes ago. Its 340 now. I am going to try to go back to sleep here in a few minutes nd hope that I get at least a couple hours more. Apparently the secret to falling asleep is reading. Because the lady couple times I have started to read i have fallen asleep shortly after.

Yes, I am also having the same habit. When I start reading and within few minutes I will get sleep. I nee dot improve my habit

Hope you managed to get some rest :) and yes, reading makes me sleepy too, or exercising before bed.

My bladder woke me three times last night, ugh. So I empathize. The last time I woke up was 3:40 and I could have just gotten up, never did go back to sleep. Finally got up at 5:00. Not fair when I don't even have to go to work, lol

Ditto. Im on medical leave still. And I was up three times. Finally at seven I jjust got up. Might need a nap later.

I used to have sleeping problems like when I would wake up in the middle of the night and be up for hours. Then I started taking sleep aid . It is the walmart brand 25 mg and non habit forming. I take 1 a night 2 hours before I go to sleep and I sleep through the night ever since.
