The KFC must not have much help

My son went to the local Kentucky Fried Chicken the other day. He went at noon. He said the drive through was real long due to it being the lunch hour. So, he thought it would take less time by going in. He said that didn't help, that he waited 15 minutes before any worker would take his order. Then when he ordered "fried chicken strips", he went to sit down to wait and the girl came out and told him they had no chicken strips cooked yet, that they were still frozen solid. She asked him if he would like chicken thighs and drumsticks that were already made. He said "fine". After waiting for as long as he did and being hungry for lunch, he accepted what they had prepared.
He said he has never had that poor of service in any fast food restaurant he has gone to. He was surprised.
That surprises me too, that they would not have a main type of their chicken fried , that lots of people like to buy , right at noon , when lots of people and workers are out and about getting lunch out.
They must really be lacking of help.

Chicken strips isn't there main seller. The kfc here is always hiring.

We only have one KFC here. It's clear across town. Used to have one just up the street. They moved out about two years ago. I miss them.

Oof, that isn't good. I haven't been to a KFC in ages, but I never heard of one having that poor of service.

Me and my family was once served rice ( they serve rice here) that was hard and not well cooked, we returned it and instead of re-ordering I went out and bought take out rice in another local brand fast food and brought it inside kfc,

He should not have had to wait that long to order. I would possibly give a call to headquarters and politely explain what happened. It may help.

It happens often here in Malaysia too. You don't get what you ordered because the food is still frozen and they are lazy to defroze them.

The kfc outlet in my area is good,they give good service,they take orders quickly and brings it quickly,

Hi Anne. We have that here too. Since they are understaff, they have to do a lot of things at the same time. I feel though for the employees but I think they shouls not compromise service too.
