I feel guilty

I shop online mostly with Amazon in and my experience with them is great in all spheres. I have returned items and have got refunds immediately. But yesterday I asked for a refund and told them that I did not find those chocolates that I had ordered up to the mark. They told me to keep the chocolates but arranged for full refund. I received 5 packets as per my order. I am feeling guilty because these chocolates can be eaten but the quality is poor.

Most of the time the things I buy online are suitable. But sometimes it doesn't, or it's not what I want. If I apply for a refund, I have to return it first. He gave you a refund, but he didn't ask you to return it, which means it is not expensive. If you don't like it, you can throw it away.
Of the 150 odd orders I have placed with Amazon I can count on my fingers those that did not go as per my requirement. I am totally satisfied with my online shopping. Has any of your off line shoppers asked you to keep what you have bought and refunded you the amount?

It may be because it is food stuff and they do not know if you have "contaminated it" somehow and it is safer to have you keep it. It may be that they are such an inexpensive item to them that having you keep them is less expensive than paying for the return postage.
