This can be because of severe heat and loss of water content from the body! I need not tell you , better to have lot of cold water to combat the heat and to maintain the water content of the body! Thanks and all the best @amitkokiladitya!

@amitkokiladitya I agree.Intense heat causes headache.Five days back we were reeling under a scorching 41C, but there after we had some rain and the temperature came down.
