Off to Monday Pilates

This morning, I took water aerobics off, since I had to go for bloodwork for next month's physical for my doctor. Today is the second hottest day with temps close in the 90s and plenty of sun. When I left church yesterday afternoon and now, I've slathered on some sunscreen for my ten-minute walk. I have my two fans on to keep me cool along with my AC as well. Now it officially feels like summer, when this week marks the start of it. As for Upwork, I did turn in my assignment on Saturday night, though I've gotten feedback from my online list after my self-imposed deadline. If my client wants me to revise it, I'll have the feedback to tweak it and resend it back to him. Since I haven't heard back from him yet, I'll wait to hear from him tomorrow with the latest. Now I'm off to go to Pilates and keep cool in the air-conditioned fitness room. Since I'm taking next Monday off to have my first cortisone shot, I'll return two weeks from today. My brother told me he wouldn't be able to take him to my doctor's appointment, since he'll be out-of-state for work on that day. But he'll take me for the one in July if I need it. So I'll call my ride on Friday morning. And as for back-up, my friend Kathy from church told me, if something comes up, she'll take me to the appointment and take me home.
