Layered Taco Salad For Dinner

Tonight's dinner is already made and in the refrigerator waiting to be eaten. Actually, it's all nicely layered minus the tortilla chips.
I can't wait until it's time to eat.
With it we will be having salsa and sour cream. Yum. Plus a big glass of sweet tea. I love dinners like this.
Today is vey hot and humid so I have been inside doing all kinds of inside kind of things.
It has been a kind of lazy type of day. I don't really feel like doing much of anything so I am declaring the rest of my day as a do nothing day.

@lnillerman It's really simple, just layer the ingredients that are used in a regular taco.

@renicemae The white is sour cream and onions and the brown is ground beef with taco mix cooked in it.. I use ground pork, ground chicken or ground turkey also depending on what I have available

@hereandthere in this case it is ground beef but I do use other meats. The white is onions and sour cream.
