Cake in the Oven

Hello everyone.
It is Wednesday morning (9:38AM as I write this) today in our side. As I told you yesterday, it will be a busy day for me because today is my hubby's birthday and he is off to work today.
The first pan of cake batter is now in the oven as I type this. I want to have some extra to give to my sister in law and some cupcakes for my kids. I am doing a vanilla chiffon cake. I have not bake a chiffon cake for a while now. I hate the folding part 
. Well, i choose this because I want to make a caramel icing later. So this is much better than chocolate.
I just have to pray that everything turns out fine today.

@hereandthere not so much. Just mechado, spaghetti and cake. 
I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures. Because of power interruption, rain, traffic, we ate dinner at 9pm which is unusual.

Now I can see why a bread machine will mean so much to you
In fact you can do it all by yourself. I just don't have much time and sometimes I am a little easy. This is why I depend on the machine to make the dough.
