Hello everyone.
My Kitchen is a world of chaos right now. 
There is so much going on in my kitchen and so messy too.
On the stove is my Beef Mechado. So I decided to go for Beef Mechado instead of beef stew because when I passed by a vegetable stall going to my son's school, I saw this big, red and beautiful tomatoes and I got hooked. 
Soon, I will be cooking the marinara sauce, hubby's favorite. I will also be baking again so I am now preparing the ingredients and then the caramel icing which I am looking forward too.
Why am I here now? This is my break time. I got to sit for a while and read and reply to some posts.

@mlgen1037 yes almost everything. I was not able to bake a new batch of cupcakes due to power interruptions
