I try my best never to overcharge my phone since i read that it can deteriorate it But i knew someone in college where all their gadgets were charged for hours, they don't really care if it is already fully charged, and some leave it overnight.

It's a misconception that it's not good to leave your smartphone to charge overnight. You can do it, actually, because the smartphone knows when its battery is full and it cuts blocks the current that further goes in. What's not good is using your phone while charging. Now that leads to battery deterioration. Anyway, have fun charging your phone overnight. I do recommend you use a power bank as it is much safer because when you leave your smartphone in the outlet and some electrical problem happens that sparks the plug, it may catch on fire if there are any fire-hazardous materials around.

@GopherDanny That is one good thing that we can get from Mylot. If we are reading more then we can get so many informations. And those are the reasons that I am still here. Earning is just second. But I am still hoping that the earning would be a little more lol.

@chavezrmc No problem, I did my own research about it before also and according to experts: basically, charging overnight is okay, and using a phone while charging is not okay. (hehe)

I do sometimes too. But if I think the battery can still last till morning then I wait to charge in the morning. I don't want to charge anything in the house when its time for everyone to sleep.

No, I will charge my phone when I am awake in case of any accidents. Besides, it is bad for the battery if you over charge it.

I tend to forget my phone is on charger, so it can be there for sometimes a couple days before I remember it.

I used to but not anymore. I charge it only if I'm still awake. Same with my laptop too.

I do it then, charged my phone overnight but I've risked the life of my battery. So I've learned my lesson.
