Brooklyn Is Crashed Out Big Time

The morning walk did well for me. No, annoying little rib pokes No jump on the bed and scratch the hell out of you like a cat. No, I am going to jump in your lap because you made my favorite cheese raviolis. Who says poor people can't eat well? Except, still the Kai dog, she is never to tired for great poor people cuisine. Nope, both dogs were begging to go home by the time I got done with them. They had a blast and we all enjoyed one of the earliest mornings of daylight to be seen this time of year here. I am always worried because so many homeless are camped out in dry river bed, but my dogs are good and leave them in peace. I always wonder if it scares them. Seeing such a huge dog like Kai sniffing about, but believe or not the homeless are very good at reading threats. Imagine you have to be. Can read her and say that is one happy dog right there. Anyway, Sister goes to check mail and says I know they want to go out. Been cooped up all day. I knew Brooklyn was down in my room snoring her little face off. I call her and usually does not matter. She will be there in .2 seconds, but not this time. Which leads me to my favorite question of all time. Why do puppies sleep so much? Because they play so hard. It is like duh, but ask people that and they go I do not know in a way you can tell they do not know. Should be so obvious.

Puppies sleep so much for the same reason human babies sleep so much. They're using sleep to sort through what they experienced and figure out how the world works.

Indeed, really is a neat question to ask anyone because world is so complicated now and people forget the basics. They try to do this scientific formula, well their still growing and need sleep to get bigger, They are learning how to conserve energy so when a threat should arise. Like hello, no they play to hard while all is true, but lets not make it so complicated when the world got by just fine on animal instincts.

Brooklyn is adorable. Yeah, pups do nap a lot and I've noticed they rarely sleep deeply like we do.

She is by far one of the favorites dogs we ever had. Indeed, they sleep with one eye open to protect us. Its neat. Why you never disrespect a dog.

@rebelann That's all my sister, old photo, but she is such a neat dog and deserves all of that and probably more than we could ever give her, but she seems happy and that is all that matters.

I can tell @crossbones27 you even made sure she was lightly covered so she wouldn't get cold, too cute.

Brooklyn looks like he is enjoying his sleep. Even a blanket so he does not get cold.

Old photo, but fitted post so well, no need for a blanket today, 99 or something. June gloom is officially here.
