I found another way to clean up

Plans are laid: my sister and my Mom will meet us at the house that we are buying. We will meet in August. Mom won't remember that she was there but for the moment she and I will share the place. To make that moment special, I think I will bring photos of the furniture that I will move over to the house in four years. (Mom is 97. We need to do this now not in four years.) I will show her where the pieces will go once we get them to the house. I've asked the renter and she said that she does not mind us intruding. Bless her heart. So.....I need to remove all and anything off the antique or vintage dressers and tables and cabinets. And dust and polish. Otherwise, well, the pieces won't look as sweet as they might.

@JudyEv Mom's dementia is getting worse. Sister is going to go through a lot of traffic and Mom time to get her there. I think for a while Mom will enjoy the experience.

@sallypup I would say I wish her many more but I have seen the pain in a persons eyes when they are living with that. I have also seen the toll it takes on the loved ones. So instead I wish you all comfort for as long as you have each other. And many precious memories.
