No, it does not matter if I only reach the minimum payout every month. I don’t even think I can double what I earn here. As long as I get paid monthly, it won’t matter to me. As such, I don’t hurry responding or commenting on some discussions in order to reach a goal or a goal double the minimum. My strategy is working for a few months now, and I am satisfied.
No, it doesn't matter at all if I lost some users who are liking and commenting on my discussions before. It is because if I lost one, 3 come along. I would not want too, to just comment or side comment on a discussion which may be out of the topic.
No, it doesn’t matter at all if I am blocked because of some differences of opinion and ideas. Practically, this site is a discussion site and it is expected that there may be animosities among us. As long as I share what I know and I like and understand what I read, it won’t matter at all.No, I won’t ask also why the block. But yes, I hope the animosities are only on the discussions presented, and not in real life.

Good evening po. It does not matter to me if someone wants to get ahead of me. I have my own way of being able to earn faster. I do not like competition, really.

You don't need to answer that if you don't want to.
But to answer your post...
It doesn't matter to me if I DON'T reach minimums per month. In fact, the last time I got paid by myLot was yearssssss ago. 
I'm happy to say, though, that I am down to the last half dollar to reach the minimum. Maybe I'll reach it sometime this year! Hahaha. 
As for responding, I go through notifications first to respond to those who interacted with me if there is something more to add. After that, I go look for discussions that interest me. 10 seems like a nice, round number of discussions to shoot for, but it's ok if I don't make it.
Losing people? Getting blocked? Hmm... I am blissfully unaware. 
This might sound cold and unfriendly, but I look at discussions here, topics, not the people behind them. If I encounter people often enough, or they have memorable avatars, I might remember them or think their names sound familiar, but I would be first to admit that I don't have anyone here that can be called 'friends' (you might be the closest one ) and I'm perfectly fine with that. 
The important thing for me is that I try as best I can to be respectful and understanding when interacting with other people. 
And perhaps try to avoid the really controversial topics. 
You don't need to answer that if you don't want to.

@ridingbet If you are blocked you cannot see the discussions of the one who blocked, but they can see yours. Of course if you go to their profile and check the most recent they wrote you can see their discussion, but you cannot comment.

that is true, but i guess if there is a block button, the user who got blocked and the blocker, should not see each others' discussions anymore.
and still, we can be polite in dealing with the issue. sad though because we read some notes of anger, rudeness, and disrespect to the user.
the block button should be like the block button of Facebook where it shows "no user found".

@LadyDuck i can still see the discussions of that man who blocked me, but i cannot comment on them. when i check on the recent discussions, i know the user is making many discussions. i do not need to open or read these because i could not interact with him anyway.
unlike in Facebook, once you block somebody, the user's profile is not seen.
