We have domestic robots working for us

Our maid is on sick leave and she will be away for some time. She has sent her husband and mother to help out. While the maid has been like a companion - friendly and talkative these two will come do their jobs and go away. Not a word is said unless I ask them something. It is suffocating to have robots working for you Image Source:

Hahaha guess you can understand that coz they are not used to you. So it should be you that makes the first move to make them comfortable. Hmmmnn not thinking you have real robots

Aw. I think they are just shy to talk because they are not so used to it.

@allknowing I can understand that. Maybe they're not used to it. If you speak more to them, you may change a little.

I can understand that. I had seen some people who work without saying anything.

We have always workers who conversed with us on a happy note. Going by what I see that will not happen with these two

@amitkokiladitya What I meant was they must be a part of us and not work like machines.

I feel for you . (My kids have me as their domestic robots. I never complain. I quietly listen to their rants etc... And I give them money when they say, 'mom, I need to buy this or that...' )
