@LadyDuck I just read some news about this, they didn't ask the mother for the permission in using the photo of her child. I do hope they (the Time) would have to pay her a lot, they should if they make some money out of it. (Seems as that family does need some help any way.)

Its not real, its 2 photos made into one. The child was standing by her mother and wanted her mother to pick her up, the border patrol told about that picture on world news.
