Unlimited Everything in our lives is unlimited. Our phones are unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and we can take them wherever we go. Maybe this is why nobody seems to care anymore. We don't have to think before we speak, we don't have to limit our words, there is no limit to how much we can break someone down. And we can do it anywhere. When I was a teenager, I was only allowed to make one fifteen minute phone call per night. And I thought my parents were awful terrible people and they must not love me to make such a horrible, awful rule. I wanted to be like my friends, with unlimited calls, and my own phone line in my room. But looking back, I remember how carefully I chose the person that I was going to call that day. How carefully I picked out my words and decided what I wanted to talk about. Because that one call and those few minutes were all I had. Unlimited. When we live unlimited lives, we aren't careful enough with our words, we don't have to choose to make them matter. Limited. Make your words limited, choose them carefully, and choose even more carefully who we speak them to. Make them matter. Don't be unlimited.
