Man's Best Friend

Alot of you may have heard the saying that dogs are a Mans best friend and until you have your own dog and see for yourself. I have two dogs and my bigger dog Sam is a handful but she is like my 4th child. She is full of energy and very good with the kids especially protecting them. Sometimes we have guest over and I have to take her outside because she is very defensive with my son and daughters . But non the less she is very loyal and for some strange reason when im having a rough day she seems to know and tries to lighten my mood up. If I get home stressed from work everyone leaves me alone except for Sam. If I go to shower she sits on the bathroom rug and waits for me to come out, If I sit on the couch and grab a beer she slides under my feet and rest infront of me and slowly but surely I end up petting her and my moodiness goes away! I love my dogs and Sam especially is a female dog and has a sense for when im having a bad day and doesnt leave me alone
