Daily eggs intake is bad

United Kingdom

Just read somewhere that eggs have cholesterol and eating them daily can increase your blood cholesterol level and cause heart problems. I thought eggs were safe to eat. I have been consuming them on a regular basis but I guess now it's time to slow down on them.

@asswclown Yeah, they are good for the eyes they say. Let just take it moderately, I think.

That actually isn't true. Eggs are fine to eat each day. I have them most days. . . only 2 in the morning though. You have to watch your calories too.

@asswclown It isn't just cholesterol to think of. Eating too many calories causes weight gain.
