Just In Time For Canada Day

Today when i was at the bank, I saw the loveliest display for Canada Day! Canadians will know exactly which bank this is, just by the colours (hint, "you're richer than you think!"). After enjoying one of the cupcakes, I happened to mention to the bank teller how, while re-organizing the apartment, my husband put away my Canada Day decorations, and had no idea where they were. it is close to July 1st, so too late to order new ones. The thing I missed the most was a flag banner, i usually hang on the inside of the balcony for us to look at while we have a picnic. The guy happened to mention that he had some extra flags, and the sticks they're on are hollow, and they are light. He gave me a handful of them, to tie together with string and mae a new banner. I thought that was the greatest thing in the world, and told him so. This isn't the first time this particular bank saved my butt, but today's good deed was truly unique.
