France defeated Argentina 4 goals to 3 in 2nd round match to storm into Quarter finals of FIFA World Cup 2018. MBappe scored twice. Gritzman scored goals. France penetrated into the defence of Argentina and they had no answer. Many fans compared Messi with Maradona. Argentina's exit will prove again that Maradona was best for Argentina ever. Messi is no match. As a team also Argentina conceded 3 goals from Croatia and 4 goals from France, so the hype was wrong.

Thanks Horse, instead of saying Argentina defence did not work it is better to say France was a better team and defeated Argentina in skill, attack and scoring capacity. Mbappe of France scored twice and the goals were brilliant.

@sathviksouvik Yes. I saw Maradona once, many years ago, in a friendly match here. He was old and overweighed but he still gave a show.

Thanks Marguicha, Messi is a good footballer but his talent is limited. He does not have the skill to give through pass to strikers like Maradona used to do. France destroyed Argentina in speed. Mbappe was unstoppable.
