Its a good day for a play

Hubby and I have picked raspberries and watered some thirsty parts of the garden. Fred kitten is well, being a kitten. He's dashing around chasing toys. I have a big toy that has a ball that rolls around in a track. There's a round cardboard insert in the middle. Years ago I bought this cheap at a garage sale. The cardboard inserts are not cheap to replace but so grand cause they do encourage kitty cats to scratch that and not the furniture. Anyway, Fred really enjoys chasing that ball around the track. So....in just a bit now we're driving across the county to a little theater. We are going to watch the play The Cemetery Club. Its a comedy. I think its about 3 wise cracking widows. I believe there was a movie called The Cemetery Club, too. We don't go to movies but we do attend plays when we can. I love the live action going on right in front of me. Afterwards we'll go to dinner. Its a good way to celebrate July First.
