After a week of being busy, i am back again. And here's one thing that I am sure of. Happiness is what we felt within. It's also from what we give and what we get back in return as well. What can be the cause of your happiness? Happy Monday everyone.

Hello Emerald! So great to see you again. Money cannot guarantee your happiness but it can give one the opportunity to experience a good life. Money is just needed to have a comfortable life! But we derive happiness when we help others, share with them as this leads in production of hormones namely Oxytocin and serotonin which keeps us happy! So best happiness is always in giving it to others selflessly! And further I think that is what is all about Humanity! Stay blessed dear friend! Thanks!

AKRao24, there you are again my friend. The happiness that we can derived from money is a happiness that is temporary. True happiness is when we are learning to give or to share whatever is there for us to share and more so when we do get the same thing as well, though I believed it may not be necessary to. @redhotpogo I know a smile can do wonders to everyone. It can always brighten one's day and yes hugs can also be giving us a different feeling of happiness. It's like making you feel you have someone that cares. Have a great day.

@May2k8 I am sure your parents are happy too to be with their children. Seeing our parents happy can radiates happiness to us. that's how family is. Always being there for each other.

My cause of happiness is not well defined, it changes constantly. It can be the clouds with nice color, it can be my nefews, it can be a good friend I met on the street, it can be a nice thing I did to someone, but, those can also destroy my happiness: Sometimes, I give and I want to get something in return, for example, I give empty bottles to strangers and I ask for a small amount of money for every 50 bottles, they don't want to give me and they go away...
Sometimes, my nefews are more like a job than fun. The core thing that makes me happy is very sneaky, I'm sometimes happy with no clear reason...
Maybe I better keep track of it.

@stringer321 I understand that our happiness varies for reasons. We can even be happy with just a smile from whoever we met in the street. The simple hi and hello can make our days brighter. Whatever it is, it's a nice feeling and hopefully can share too. Thanks for your thought. Have a good day.

@chavezrmc The golden rule helps here, if I treat someone the way I want to be treated by others, I can make him or her happy. Then, this someone else carry it and can maybe pass it to someone else, then, if it all goes well, the whole environment can become happier. Still, no clear reason for happiness. I guess it can come from good interactions we have with each other.

Happy and cheerful surroundings, good relations also gives happiness. Obviously it is gain depending on give and take rule as it takes both the parties to be good with each other.

My family has always been the source of my happiness, especially my son. Being loved makes me happy above all. And it usually comes from my son, my husband, my siblings, my friends, etc.
