Poetry: Nothing is emptied from love to find emptiness in nothing.

The monkey mind must be emptied of itself to find nothing there but love

The emptiness lives in life alone until it empties itself into love. Only love can fill you, when you are empty, emptied of yourself. Fill yourself with anything else, and you remain empty inside. Love is merely you doing love, loving what you do, being applied. The beginning of love is a love of emptiness. Emptiness is not nothingness. It’s love come alive. And yet, it requires the nothingness of nothing to do so. Nothing passes through nothingness, as God is all in all. Nothing comes to life, when nothingness sees love. The achievement of everything starts from nothing. Love holds us apart, until we see nothing but love. Only then does everything see everything in nothing. Empty is not necessarily blank. Empty eyes are full, but sunk. Emptiness sits there all alone, as yet unknown, and unloved. Our emptiness is but a receptacle for God's truth, in its youth. Our emptiness within love reveals in God's truth, its own proof. Photo Credit: The photo used here was freely sourced from the free media site: pixabay.com. "Empty is not necessarily blank" that line rocks. This is definitely deep and full of wisdom.

Thanks. I like to play around with words like that too. When you do that, deepness comes out to meet you. Even I didn't know what I meant by some lines here...LOL...everytime you read them, a deeper meaning is revealed. In a way, God is even in the nothing, as God is everything in everything, and so God made something, or everything out of nothing, and yet everything was already in the nothing really already, or was it? This sort of reminds me of the Big Bang Theory too.

@innertalks _ "Empty your teacup" said the zen master but can love exist in a void of nothingness? God's love is manifested in human form It dissipates into emptiness if not reciprocated.

@josie_ Before creation, I guess God could only be everything to himself, and to his creation, he was nothing, and yet if the potential for the creation existed in God, there was not nothing either. God created, and he was happy with it, so the Bible tells us, so love can exist unpotentialised in God and potentialised in his creation. God's love and God exist together, and his creation gave the power of love to others so that it might be returned again to God in a circular way, having actioned itself in creation, and so expansively enhanced God's view of how unpotentialised love in himself can be actualised. In short, God likes to see love in action, rather than it being left on the shelf unfulfilled in all respects, except to God himself, who really needs nothing to be who he is, and he needs nothing added to himself to add. This is the paradoxical nature of God and love. They are one and the same and exist for each other, but creation allows both to exist sort of apart for a while, until creation decides to rejoin itself to God again. This is what freedom of choice is about.

There is no meaning in life without the basic ingredient of love. God is everywhere and it is for us to keep him in mind whatever we think or do. Our present reality is manmade as decisions are not based on love. They spring from hatred, denying others what is their due. Yes, love should override everything else and trigger our pursuits - siva

Thanks siva. You have said that very well. The enormity of God's love will not fit in man, unless he allows God to live within himself too. On his own, without love, man loses direction, loses connection to love, and is on his own, making decisions for himself, not connected to the overall love in all. As soon as you turn your back on God and his love, you live in your own homemade darkness then.

@innertalks The oneness with creation is the true way. God is directing the show but we, as actors, try to write our own script, not in tune with the theme of inclusiveness. We are given much leeway but we try to outsmart the system that originates in and evolves from love. Let us be team players, even co-creators - siva

@Shiva49 It hurts one when one moves away from love, and it hurts others around us too. Let's hope we get tired of the hurting (of ourselves), and of hurting others, just to perform some cheap tricks, so much so, that we take ourselves away from the real play, that we should be loving to be a real part of too.

Thank you. Yes, I like to write poetry, but I have never written a song. I guess they are a bit similar. I would need to get someone else to compose a tune for me though.

@FayeHazel Sometimes a tune comes to us out of the blue, even within a dream, but then it's writing it down as music, which I couldn't do without training, about learning the notes, and how they relate to the sounds etc.

@innertalks Composing a tune is not always the easiest , but I think it would fit nicely :-)
