In the morning I will open presents with my family, then my fiance will come over to open presents with my family, for lunch we will be going to my uncles house which is about 40ks away then for dinner to my auntys house which is only about 10 mins from my house. And at some time I will have to see my fiances family too. It is always a very busy day. What do you do?

Most everything here in Nicaragua is done on Christmas eve. People sit out in front of their houses and watch a parade and watch people milling about. At midnight fireworks are set off all over the city and people go from house to house greeting their neighbors, family, and friends. Then they go into the house and eat their Christmas meal. The ones that don't want to eat that late, eat a little earlier. The Christmas dinner is stewed chicken that has potatoes, carrots, and raisens. There is also rice with the meal and any gifts are opened at that time also.

That sounds lovely, especially the fireworks and the parade. How nice!
