We just celebrated a retirement tribute at work. I am so blessed to have worked and learned from 3 retirees as my superiors. They gave me chance to learn a lot of work and management styles not found on books. They are amazing! Kudos to all retirees here in myLot.
How about you, any experience on working with wise men and women as they near retirement?

I think we all have this experience. When we begin to work, there will be many experienced old colleagues round us.

I notice, when asked a question, they do not respond right away. They tinks and yes they are so tactful and a lot of considerations on how tgeir response affect others. Do you do this also?
