A trip quite long

I just learned that a childhood friend next month will make the longest plane ride in the world. It will take off in Auckland, New Zealand, and land in Dubai. There are more than 10 thousand kilometers, exactly 14202.
On such a long trip, we have to look for things to pass the time, he suggested me some things, so I am writing this post. What do you suggest?

From Auckland to Dubai on a plane is a very long journey. I have flown from Singapore to London which is very long and from London to Los Angeles which is worse than London to Cape Town. When flying through lots of different time zones it is tiring. I suggest read a book or magazine on a plane and when tired have a nap.
