You know, it’s a good thing I’m not rich, beautiful, or in the Mafia. I’m pretty predictable. Sunday morning brunch is usually at Chuy’s.
This morning one of Scar’s helpers stopped by my table on the patio. She immediately conned me into giving her all the chicken off my quesadilla that was supposed to be my dinner this evening.
Chuy’s has t-shirts that say, “Tacocat spelled backwards is Tacocat.” That’s what I called her.
But I know her real mission: brainwashing unsuspecting humans for Scar.
She succeeded masterfully.

@FourWalls I saw The Bobs at Liberty Lunch just before it closed, a LONG time ago. Pigeon Forge, my sister lives in Knoxville and one visit with my mom we, sister, mom and sister's then partner's younger half sister, went to Dollywood.

I haven't been to Austin since the early 90s...saw the BoDeans and the now-defunct Liberty Lunch, which to me was Austin to the core (pure weirdness, with that sunken semi-dirt floor in front of the stage). I hope to get back soon, though, to see Dale Watson and chicken poop bingo on a Sunday afternoon.
Yes, Chuy's is a national chain now. I've enjoyed them here, Cincinnati, Nashville, Indianapolis, and Pigeon Forge. As long as they're in or near the places I frequent, I'm happy!

My daughter had such a visit some years ago. She had a beautiful cat, Fergusson, but this one was a girl. She came to see what was in Fergusson´s dish. She came more often until she stayed. She was someone´s cat, but no one ever came to ask for her even though they took pictures as placed them in trees in the neighborhood. Now she is Andromeda.

Another of Scar`s helpers was on my porch of the old home place yesterday but I spooked it and it walked off the porch and into the woods.
