Stolen dog returned to his owners two days later in New Jersey

A home invasion in the city fo Clifton New Jersey on June 20, 2018 resulted in a Yorkshire Terrier named LB who is five years of age have the good fortune to be returned to his owners who live on Bowdoin Street in just two days. The name of the owners of LB who is a male dog were not released to the public. Clifton Police Sergeant Robert Anderson believes that due to the power of social media as well as publicity of the home invasion scared the thief into returning LB back to his owners two days later. LB's owners said that they heard a knock on their door. When the owners of the dog went to answer the door, they found LB tied to a railing. Sergeant Anderson is asking the public to assist them in finding who is the home invader or invaders.

@LadyDuck The catch that since social and the local media reported the story, the kidnappers got scared that would be caught by the police.

@marguicha I know how your nephew feels. Just tell your nephew that if he treated his dog right, it is okay to mourn the loss of his dog. Just do not let it consume him when the mourning period ends. I am sure when he gets a new dog, the new dog will be like his previous pet that he lost.
