First Half of the Year is Over

This is our week of performance evaluation in the office for the first half of the year.
Meaning it's the moment of collecting and self-evaluating of what I did in the past months. Our evaluation is divided into 2 parts, the "Goal" and "Values", seriously I'm having trouble evaluating myself on values part. Just to finish my self-evaluation I rated myself 3 (1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest) and the final result will be the problem of my boss.

5 is for those who did something good to the company, like took part or author of initiatives with good impact to the company's operation . 5 is a big deal grade and I don't deserve that for now. Lol

Hehehe I guess all offices do have evaluation. Sometimes no matter how we wanted to give our best there are so many distractions. Anyway it is always good to give our best.

That's true. Best effort is enough, what really matters is that you know how to manage your boss otherwise no matter how good you are, your chances of staying is very least.

Ours was every month. We cannot log in to our computer without taking the evaluation.

we always have evaluation after every semester, and our students do appraise us. humbly, i lead the pack, and i am happy about it.
no too, we don't evaluate ourselves. the end-result is always the students if they learn something from us.

Half year evaluation is common in most of the companies...its good for them to know the progress of employees and of the company itself..

Yes, whether an employee is still performing. You know the trend of the private companies, they always wanted employees as their asset otherwise .. you know what I mean
