How Well Do You Take Criticism?

How well do you take criticism? Personally, I get frustrated. Whenever I get criticized and I disagree, I always get accused of having an attitude. So, I then take a deep breath. Then, I get criticized for taking a deep breath. So, even when I am not the one at fault, I am looked at as the one at fault.

You know the wrong people! Why do the ones you know criticise you for everything? Why do you stay with them and let them do it?

I can't handle it either my teacher use to always tell me that I have to learn how to take constructive critisim
