Back from the gym

This evening's weather was also pleasant to walk to the gym. Not too hot and not too rainy. Even a gentle breeze from the opened door. Though our class was small as usual--no Nate, Sara and Melissa--I did have a sub today for my yoga instructor, since her little girl was sick. It was my instructor from my Friday class.
Here's what we did in class today which is pretty similar to our regular Friday routine along with our regular sun salutations and spinal stretches:
2 Revolving Triangles (1x/side)
1 Camel Pose
3 Restorative Bridges
1 Hero Pose and 1 Firelog Pose (2x/side)
2 Kneeling Lounges (1x/side)
4 Standing Cat-Cows
2 Torso Circles (1x/side)
I think that's all I can remember.
