Mylot helps my anxiety!

Each time I feel a panic attack coming I start to write here. I respond, comment and I forget my symptoms. It happened many times. I think about different topics and my anxiety or panic reduces. This is something new I discovered. Maybe it works for others too. Do you notice that your anxiety lessens when you write here?

I have experienced the same thing. I have had anxiety for many years, but it helps to focus on other things.

@dya80dya It is okay at the moment. I have generalized anxiety, it is there most of the time, but some days are worse than others. I haven't had any panic attacks for a while. It happens sometimes when I am in place with many people. What about you?

Good for you to find mylot as a reliever. Yah, I think I definitely believe you, truly writing helps. Doing poetry is my reliever of stress.
