Catching my breath.

Earlier today, I keep myself by being here while I'm watching movies on Netflix. While I was watching I noticed I am catching my breath for no reason. I didn't even do anything aside from being slouchy sitting the whole afternoon. Then I heard my heart beat fast, palpitating. I don't know why. I messaged the boyfriend to tell him about it, but the boyfriend is working. So I decided to take a rest, and I sleep for an hour and a half. I even ate my dinner very late. But I'm okay now. The boyfriend replied to me and he's worried and he said if in case it happens, I will relax. Maybe because of the weather earlier he said. It was so hot. Now I'm back to myLot. And probably will watch movies again. Ever did this happen to you?

Ohh, it happened to me also but it's the side effect of a pill I took.. I had a shortness of breath. Glad you're okay now

Nope. Maybe because of the weather, it was very hot here or maybe I have a lot of water intake.

Yes, I thought it was the weather. Warm air is very thin and may even have less oxygen. Hot weather causes me low blood pressure, I hate this season so badly.

Maybe that's what happens to me, because of the hot weather. I only have the fan and it didn't work better during those time.
