Walking

I got to take a walk today I got in 7,823 steps and I was so happy to be able to get a walk in since my boyfriend was taking a nap I took advantage of it. I love to go for walks. Do you like going for walks? And I am so happy I lost 5 pounds I am now 202 .

I prefer walking as well. I do a few things where we workout at as well.

I try to walk every day but with my boyfriend being down because of his back I have not been able to
