I want this weather disturbance to leave our skies. It is not good to have rains so strong that there is a possibility we might have power outage. However, I would not want to pray for it to go to another place, region, or city, but I just want that the Lord will keep us safe, secure, and protected from this strong rains. Do you have concerns when it is raining heavily in your place?

I am concerned only when I fear hail stones. Heavy rain usually does not cause damages here.

oh yes, i recall you commenting on hail stones dropping there in your place. whenever we experience hail storms here, they melt after several seconds, and about the size of a 10-peso coin. not as big as how you presented in one of your comments before.

i know, but i just wish the storm will disintegrate and become just a low pressure area, and not become a more serious typhoon.

I also feel the same way. I hope that there will be no landslides when it rains heavily in the Cordillera areas.

Oh yes. As you know, most of the places in our cou try can easily have flood, power outage and others. I am praying that the rain will not be so hard.

@aureliah yes that is true. sometimes when it is raining so hard and heavily, my sister utters,"i hope the rain will leave in a few minutes". she also has her wishful thinking.

Actually not at all unless there's a strong typhoon. We seem to not be having any power outages due to terrible weather condition for so long now and I'm not in a place where it could easily get flooded. Fortunately. So at the moment, I'm actually enjoying that heavy rain. It cools everything and makes it a perfect bed weather day. So now I'm back in my bed.

oh, that is so nice of you to enjoy the rains. i think the weather disturbance does not directly hit our region, but still the scattered downpour is reaching our place.

I've been away for a while and I see you have a new title style! I hope you are safe in rains. Southern Japan had a very bad flood with landslides last week. Too much rain is nothing to mess around with!

oh yes. for 6 months i had just one word as the title of my discussions. after 6 months, i shifted to 2 words. on October 4, i will have the 3 word titles of my discussions. Japan, i heard is also earthquake-prone; now, landslides too?

so, with the rains, the cold temperature also prevails, right? it is so annoying to go out and walk up-and downhill there in Baguio when it is cold and wet.

I love rains but not with a typhoon. When I was a kid I like to play under the rain with my friends. But now since we transfer to middle east we miss that rainy season.
