My friend will bring me a surprise!

Good morning, friends.
Today Andrés, the son of my closest friends, will come to do the finishing touches of my bedroom carpet.
Dixie had first told me that I could go to their house but then preferred to come to mine because she has been in her house since her cataracts surgery. So, as Andrés was coming anyway, she proposed that they would all come and that Humberto would bring a "surprise".
I am a little worried though. Will the surprise be the food? There will be 3 grown up men in the house and they EAT!!! Anyway. I´m cooking chickpeas and I will make humus as one of the appetizers.
I have to go now. See you soon.

I learned what it was. It is the best! Humberto is cooking a lamb´s leg in his home. Dixie told me to cook some potatoes.

Fixing food for three grown men, that's a big meal! lol I love chickpeas and humus, I'm not sure about.

@kobesbuddy In fact Humberto cooked a leg of lamb he had received as a gift and I only had to have boiled potatoes. I did have other things of course.

I read a couple of humus (or hummus) recipes online and added a bit of cumin to what I did. I did not use canned chickpeas though.
