Back from my Monday session.

Hello everyone. I'm back.
We just got home from the center. It's 11:49 in the evening here.
Earlier at the center, it took us a lot of hours waiting because they need to check our water in our body one by one before we start our session. Mine is 2.1 liters. So they took 3.2 liters in my body so that the remaining will wash out. And at the end of my session, from 40 kilos, I'm 37.5 kilos. See how much water I have?
And I'm progressing, from 35 kilos now I'm 37 kilos, 3 more kilos to reach my goal of 40 kilos. I just need to take it slow.
Anyway, I will be here for awhile until I feel sleepy.

@JustBhem Logging out in a while to attend our monthly coordination meeting with the general contractors of our project. Enjoy your evening but don't sleep too late. You need to have enough sleep ever day in your condition right now.
