Heavy Rains again...Late classes suspension! / myLot

Its the same old story. Rains started pouring heavily since last night and classes suspension late again. Morning classes went on and authorities only decided to cancel the afternoon classes 2 hours ago. It is already 12 pm here. It is always like this and its very frustrating. When students in the morning session are already in school then classes are suspended, schools do not allow the students to come home early. They tend to finish the morning session first before they allow the students to go home eventually. How's the weather in your place?

@cherigucchi I find it interesting that this year the typhoons seem to be staying further to the south and moving west instead of up to Japan. We got heavy rains but no typhoons except in Okinawa yet, and that's kind of unusual. I hope we don't have a water shortage in Tokyo since we usually depend on typhoons to refill our reservoirs. Right now the city water tastes kind of brackish, which usually means low water level.
