Are You Still Going to The Movie Theater?

In today's modern society we have access to pretty much {almost} EVERYTHING.
because {almost} everything is online nowadays.
and probably one of the most popular subjects is.. Movies.
They can make us happy, sad, cry, laugh... Who wouldn't kove them?
I remember when i was young (i'm just 18.. so imagine 
) we would go to the Movie Theater. it was a treat!
But today? "Pff. what? you want us to drive all the way to the Movie Theater? na.. let's watch the movie here at home!".
Because literally all you need to do is to write the name of the movie on google or go to your TV or your favorite subscription and watch the movie from home. Crazy no?? who would have imagined?
Studies have found that once the brain gets used to an experience slowly he embrace it and you need much more to get excited from that experience.
I think that humans have gotten used to all the small things in our beautiful world. and we became numb to the excitement of thing around us. so we update our surroundings to give us "more". because we need "more" to get excited again. I think that it will never end. Until we gonna be completely numb to existence.
So.. on that positive note... how went your day??!

I never go to theaters anymore. Tickets cost too much, theaters are cold and noisy, crap movies not worth the price.

this is pretty expensive when converting it to ILS. 58 Shekels. usually it's gonna be about 35-45 Shekels which is about 9-12$

The ticket prices are getting higher to watch in movie theater. Some of the movies are not even worth it for its price. I just rather go on what is free.

@Ntan822 true, the popcorn's price is $5 dollars here or more, what i do is either I eat outside or I will buy junk foods in supermarket

@chicnthin we bring a bag with snacks... They are less strict about not bringing food to the theater as they used to

I have hardly gone at all in the past year. Perhaps twice. Cost and inconsiderate people usually make home movie watching much more enjoyable.

Not at all, I prefer to stay at home and inviting friends to see movies it's so more fun in my opinion
