Do You Treat Yourself?

When it comes to me i am VERY cheap! I don't like buying stuff for myself and i'll probably try to avoid it hard as i can. Sometimes i feel like i don't give myself enough credit when deserved. I brush the good things over as it's nothing but when doing the wrong things i magnify them. and if i'm doing so much bad than good.. do i deserve a treat? I think a lot of us does it. we don't appreciate the work we have done or the goods that we did. We don't feel like we deserve to treat ourselves. When i'm catching myself thinking like that i'm walking to the store and buy myself an ice coffee and drinking it on my walk back home. Have time to think. Time to appreciate. Time to love me and feel Deserved. I think we all need that boost sometimes. to remind ourselves what and who we are. What do you think? Are you treating yourself as you deserved?
