Back from the gym!

Tonight was another "open gym" session so my sister designed a workout for us. This is what we did: 1. Barbell clean and press (3 x 8) 2. Dumbbell fly/skull crusher (3 x 8) 3. Barbell box squats (3 x 8) Then we did 50 of each of the following in any combination we wanted: (this was cardio believe it or not) a. reverse lunges b. some ab thing with sliders c. TRX rows d. pushups After that she did 8 20 second bursts of jump rope but I opted out of that because I was shot. It was a great workout. It was a nice change of pace being able to just work at our own pace and do our own thing. That being said, I'm still a big fan of the group workout thing. It is way more fun than just staring at rows of machines and having to do things by yourself. Next week we are back to normal! Next workout will be Monday morning. (I think)

No today. We did the clean/press with the barbell instead.
