Talk about being in the right place at the right time on Saturday in Jersey City New Jersey. Tatiana Vazquez, 11, who suffers from a seizure attack that is being controlled by medication, was swimming in a pool when she suffered a seizure attack and was in danger of drowning. Members of the Jersey City firefighters heard the calls for help by the lifeguard at the Lafayette swimming pool. The firefighters were conducting a community service activity when they ran to the swimming pool to attend to the needs of Tatiana who was taken out of the swimming pool by the firefighters. The ambulance arrived to send Tatiana to a local hospital where she treated and released the same day. Jersey City firefighters Captain Ken Simone, Mark Lee and others were thanked by Tanya Vazquez who is the mother of Tatiana who was nearby when the incident.

That is true since the young girl was saved by the firefighters who were close by compared to if they would have come to the rescue a few minutes later.

The Jersey City firefighters also are specialists in assisting people who have illnesses that take them down.
