Oftentimes, people I see virtually end up confessing that they are anxious (well that includes me), may it be from facebook or twitter and other forms of social media. They would probably confess about family problems, financial status and even break-ups.
But hey! I know life's been tough and we cannot escape problems but let us solve it in a healthy manner. One can't think properly on how to solve it if you are too stressed, even solid things crumble with too much pressure.
Why can't you at least take a walk. Then read discussions, articles, or blogs that relates exactly to your situation and maybe you could handle things better. Just tackle every obstacle one phase at a time. I know you could do it.

I always live one day at a time. And if I'm too stressed I always take time.

@dave121495 Are you kidding? I don't define my being human by posting confessions on the net.

"Just tackle every obstacle one phase at a time." I will definitely agree with that.

I've been bombarded with too many problems lately. But stacking up problems will only result your mind to be cluttered.

To be realistic, it's easier said than done when one has all the resources. Yeah, taking a breather helps for those panicky ones, I'd say. Of course they can do it, cos everyone else is too selfish to care.

@dave121495 Not really. Just misinformed ones, who believe everything and anything that have been told without hearing both sides of a story. Just a "sweeping" general statement.

Stress is the number cause of illnesses. So as much as possible, avoid stress at all cost. If you are feeling down or stressed out, do something that will forget your worries for a while. Go out with your family or friends, watch a good movie, listen to your favorite music and don't forget to pray.

I think we tend to think more about our problems than how we can solve them causing all the anxiety
