Hello everyone.
I was awaken at 3:20AM by an extraordinary alarm. It sounded like an emergency alarm when there in a prison when someone breaks out.
It is actually coming from my phone, there is an emergency alert from National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC). It says that our area is under Orange Rainfall Warning meaning it is expected to have intense rain and there will be flooding that could be intense.
The rain when I wake up was intense, hard and heavy. It is not continuous rain but it rains every 15 to 20 minutes then stop, then back again.
Classes were suspended again. As I am listening to the news, there were a lot of flooded areas now.
This is the third storm for this month and according to weather report, the storm got stronger overnight. I was supposed to go to the market today as we do not have food but it is raining heavy now. hmmm.
Have a good day to all.

@rakski flooding is so dangerous. We do have troubles with that here but not nearly as much as other countries.

@rakski. Here in my end a little cloudy but I am hoping no more rains. A lot of things to be done and we can't do it with so much rains. Be safe. God bless.

The typhoon is near Batanes but was is causing the rain here is the Monsoon that interacts with the typhoon.

that's bad, but it's a good thing you had an alarm even if you was woken up by it. I hope it stops enough so you can get some food.
