Yup, I just got another one. I don't know if it was the same bank as before but let me just clarify, I never had a account with them. I wonder what sites I checked now that made them find out about my email. I guess mine is one of those hack or sold email addresses. Any one got a bogus email recently? At leas they didn't spam my email this time.

I have a lot of spamming emails maybe because I am signing into a lot of possible earning sites but not from a bank.

i believe too that email is a scam. like in PayPal, they address the recipient of the email with the complete and full name of the person they address the email to. here, it is just "dear valued client", and that alone is already a sign of scam, or phishing.

Hello @ridingbet This is something that I should watch out for. We have to be careful what we check on email.

@Letranknight2015 i totally agree with you. that is why i like the foolproof of Yahoo email when they have to send a code in one of your mobile phones.

I had also mine. I tagged as a spam. People never learned if they trusted this kind of scheme.

i never received something like that. maybe because i don't do any online banking or online transactions?

@Letranknight2015 i'm not sure if that's the answer. i have family members that do a lot of online banking and transactions. maybe because they're more techy and know how to protect themselves online.

I received hundreds of spam emails from random people that I do not know. I can't trace it anymore because I've subscribed to so many online sites using my email.
