A warm pudding for lunch.

I can eat eggs in any way. They are good and versatile. Today, in this cold day, I will cook broccoli and cauliflower al dente and make a nice hot pudding with it, adding some grated cheese to the edd mixture that will hold it together. Delicious! What are you having for lunch? Do you eat eggs? I only have one friend who doesn´t like them. Some people prefer eggs in one way, some in other ways. Which is your own preferred way of having them?

I made deviled eggs for my aunt yesterday over a green salad. She loved them.

I think I eat most of them in omelets as that is a good way to use leftovers.

@LadyDuck It is different in my case. I live alone. But yesterday, for instance, there were meatball leftovers from the lunch with my daughter. I will eat them now.

@marguicha We never have leftovers. I always cook what I am sure it's enough for us, but no more.

I tried not to eat them often when doctors said that they were bad for cholesterol levels. Now they say it is not so.

I love to make and drink homemade eggnog! People these days do not believe in using real eggs for their eggnog, but doing so does not bother me.

Where I live, eggnog (not by that name) is made for Christmas and New Year.

@marguicha Here too as you can only buy eggnog in the store during the holiday season. But, when you have the recipe, you can make eggnog year-round. I know recipes are not allowed on myLot, but eggs, vanilla, milk and cinnamon can be bought at dollar stores.

A dozen eggs is used up here, in less than a week! We eat them various ways, but I've never included them in a pudding, it sounds delicious:)

@marguicha It would be similar to eating a custard pudding, with veggies.
