Why, Oh Why?

Duck boat safety is what I am talking about. In Branson Missouri there was a accident when a duck boat sank. Many killed, children in the hospital. There are 118 regulated for use in the US. But the law reads that these boats have to have safety vest on board BUT, people do not have to use them. Now how stupid is that?

An example of a common sense law asking people to use common sense for their own safety. The problem is not so much with the law, as it is the lack of common sense exhibited by the people on the boat, who should of been wearing the life jackets in the first place....

It seems incredulous that this happened at all. The boat should not have been on the water in the first place. The storm was predicted as well. Yes life jackets..I am so sad about what happened.
