Maybe my friends from the temperate climates do not have such acquaintance with mosquitos and mosquito nets, but friends in the humid tropics are very well accustomed to their nuisance I believe . They are now immune to all sorts of defensive tactics I have applied such that I sometimes think that God has given them special adaptation powers.
While sleeping at night, we now use the mosquito nets to keep them at bay as power coils, repellant creams, strong incense sticks failed are ineffective and harmful. Could you advise some ingenious methods that you devised or learnt to outsmart them?

Every night my family use mosquito nets in sleeping for the same reason... against mosquito. Specially now that dengue disease is quite alarming, using nets is just proper.

Over the period of time they get resistant to routine chemicals which are used against them. Neem oil is good mosquito repellent but smells very bad! For me Hit spray still works and we have net doors and nets on our windows to prevent the entry of mosquitoes as a preventive thing , despite that we get them inside the house!

I use to sleep in a mosquito net when I was very young and lived with my grandmother, the down side is if a mosquito or mosquitoes get inside and or when any part of your body comes into contact with the net while sleeping.
