First try...

...and it wasn't bad. I made a "wrap" of sorts with a flour tortilla, turkey meat, ranch dressing, snap peas (didn't have any leafy green stuff) and the "cheddar style" version of the Daiya non-dairy cheese that I bought. From what I could tell, it tasted pretty "cheesy" to me. 
The next time that I use it, I want to try to melt it. Non-dairy cheese quesadillas, here I come !

Yummy. Ill have to see if I can find that brand and try it out.

I thought it was pretty good for being non-dairy. It was one of the highest rated when I looked up non-dairy cheeses.
